Paul Freeman
Paul is a Director of Financial Management Services Ltd based in Cardiff. Paul entered financial services in 1982 with Barclays Life Assurance Company and after gaining valuable experience with them made the decision to become an Independent Adviser.
His next position was with a national advisory practice and after a short time decided that it was time to set up his own business. This was the case till 2005 when he became an appointed representative of Financial Management Services Ltd. He was appointed a Director in August 2009 with responsibilities in the investment area of financial planning.
Paul has been educated to degree level, has taken the full Financial Planning Certificate and subsequent papers including papers on Investment, Pensions, Tax, Long Term Care and Equity Release,CF6; CF7; CF8; CF9; HR1; SV1 and JO1, meaning that he is part way to Diploma level status with a commitment to further professional development.
Paul is particularly interested in tax planning, Investment solutions and Pension work.
