Our Service to You:
· Initial Meeting – Our initial meeting with you is free of charge and we expect it to last around two hours. At this meeting, we will discuss your financial requirements and decide how you are to pay for our services.
· Fees – Should you elect to become a fee based client, we undertake to send you a written estimate of the cost of our work within five working days of the initial appointment.
· Initial Report – After our initial meeting, we will provide you with an initial report within ten working days.
· Interim Report – Occasionally, our initial report may be delayed should we seek additional information. You will however be notified of this and receive an interim report within the ten working days specified.
· Telephone Calls – If your adviser is unable to take your call, it will be dealt with within 24 hours.
· Email – Any email received in this office will receive a reply within 24 hours.
· Written Communication – We will undertake to reply to any other written communication within 48 hours.
· Holidays and Illness – Should your adviser be away and you agree, your case will be assigned to an equally qualified adviser to deal with until he or she returns.
· Financial Reviews – We will undertake financial reviews quarterly, half yearly or annually depending on the level of service agreed with you.
· Personal Documents – Any personal documents left with us will be treated with complete confidentiality and will be kept securely.
